Product Description and Application
Super Invar32-5 is also known as Super Invar32-5,UNS K93500,Nickel 32-5 Alloy.
Super Invar32 is a typical low expansion alloy and also called Super Invar alloy (Super Invar). Super Invar32 low expansion alloy has a very low expansion coefficient over the range of atmospheric temperature (-60-80℃). It has good plasticity, stable performance but poor thermal conductivity. It is mainly used in the manufacture of highly accurate precision components in the range of ambient temperature variation, precision instruments, instrument devices, resonant cavity parts and thermal bimetal passive layer requiring constant size and very low expansion coefficient near room temperature, and other radio frequency components, standard scales, astronomical instrument framework and watch balance wheel and etc devices with small scale drift with temperature change. As the rapid development of space technology, Super Invar32 low expansion alloy has been applied to the plane and spherical reflector frames of space remote sensors. Its purpose is to use its low expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity close to the characteristics of colorless optical glass linear expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity, so as to obtain the optical glass in the frame stable and reliable positioning, to ensure the space remote sensor in the high altitude complex environment for high quality information transmission.
