0Cr40Ni55Al3 is also known as 40XHIO (Russian), 0Cr40Ni55Al3, 3J40
0Cr40Ni55Al3 is Ni-Cr-Al alloy with up to 40% chromium content. It is alloy with high hardness and strength, non-magnetic corrosion resistance and high elasticity, which belongs to precipitation-strengthened nickel based alloy, has good plasticity and easy processing in solid solution state. High mechanical and elastic properties were obtained after large strain rate cold working and aging treatment.Alloys can also be strengthened by aging after solution.
