Product Description and Application

 

4J47 is also known as Alloy 47

4J47 has an expansion coefficient near soft glass in the temperature scale of 20 ~ 400℃, which is used for matching and sealing with the corresponding soft glass. This kind of alloy contains chromium that the alloy surface will form a very dense oxide film after oxidation treatment, then strong binding with matrix and good wettability with soft glass. Therefore, high strength sealing surfaces can be obtained, which is an important sealing structure data in electric vacuum industry.
