Product Description and Application
GH605 is also known as L605,UNSR30605,GH5605
GH605 is a Co-Cr-Ni based solid solution enhanced deformation superalloy, its use temperature is below 1000℃. Cobalt-based superalloy GH605 is a cobalt base alloy strengthened by solution of 20%Cr and 15%W(percent mass). It has medium durability and creep strength below 815℃, excellent oxidation resistance below 1 090℃, and satisfactory process properties such as forming and welding. It is a key material for aero engine, rocket engine, naval ship and industrial gas turbine. Its development and production status is one of the symbols on the metal materials development level in a country. It is used for manufacturing the high temperature parts of aero engine guide blade, turbine outer ring, outer wall, swirler and sealing plate.
