Product Description and Application

     

GH4080A is also known asNimonic80A,GH4080A (China), GH80A

GH4080A is superalloy with Ni-Cr matrix, aluminum and titanium added to form γ′ phase dispersion strengthening. Except the aluminum content is slightly higher, it is similar to GH4033 at 700 ~ 800℃, which has good creep resistance and oxidation resistance at 650 ~ 850℃. The alloy has good cold and hot working performance. It is used to manufacture rotor blades, guide blade supports, fan mounting rings, bolts, blade lock plates and etc parts of aeroengines. And it is also used in the manufacture of fasteners and blades for automobile engines, valves and axles for trains.
