Product Description and Application
"GH3044" is also known as ЭИ868,ХН60BT (Ru).
GH3044 is solution hardened nickel-based antioxidant alloy with high plasticity and moderate thermal strength below 900℃, excellent oxidation resistance, good stamping and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing the main combustion chamber and afterburner parts, heat shield and guide blade of aviation engines working below 900℃ for a long time. The varieties supplied are plate, Strip, wire, pipe, bar,ring and etc.

GH3044 ingot forging heating temperature is 1170℃±10℃, terminal temperature is not less than 900℃. Slab rolling heating temperature is 1190±10℃, sheet hot rolling heating temperature is 1130 ±10℃, the final rolling temperature is not less than 800℃; The total reduction rate of sheet cold rolling is about 30%.
The intermediate heat treatment temperature was 1140℃±10℃, held for 3~5min, air cooling. The final heat treatment temperature is determined according to the parts working conditions. For the parts requiring good thermal fatigue performance, solid solution at 1150℃, the heat preservation is 3~5min then air cooling. For the parts requiring higher heat force, solid solution at 1200℃, heat preservation for 3~5min, air cooling.
