Product Description and Application
"GH3030" is also known as ЭП435,ХН778T(RU)
GH3030 80Ni-20Cr solid solution reinforced superalloy has simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800℃. It has good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solution treatment and its microstructure is stable during use. It can be used for a long time under the condition of high temperature (600 ~ 1100℃) oxidation atmosphere and gas corrosion. It is used to make hot end parts of aviation and aerospace engines and high temperature corrosion resistant materials required by industrial gas turbine, energy, chemical and etc industrial sectors.
