Product Description and Application

     

"GH4033" is also known as "P 437, p 437 Ti ti, p n 77 (Russian)

GH4033 is widely used in the fields of national defense, military and basic industry due to its excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and fatigue performance. GH4033 alloy is developed on the basis of Cr20Ni80 in the UK by alloying method, that the alloy is based on Ni and Cr, adding Al and Ti to form an aging strengthened nickel base superalloy with y phase (Ni3 (Al, Ti)) as the strengthening phase. The alloy has high strength at 700 ~ 750℃,good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 900℃. In addition, GH4033 superalloy has better thermal and mechanical processing properties, which is easier to be forged and rolled than other nickel-based superalloys. It is usually used in the manufacture of aerospace, aviation, gas turbines and other industrial high-temperature load bearing parts, such as engine nut fasteners and rotor parts.
