Product Description and Application
GH2132 is also knows as A286,UNSS66286
GH232 (Ni-Cr-Fe) is a kind of Fe-chromium-nickel based high temperature alloy, adding molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron for strengthening, high degree of alloying, poor thermal conductivity, which is resulting in high cutting temperature, cutting force, serious work hardening, especially alloys are harder, severe wear on the tool and high cutting cost. At present, most of them are processed using carbide tools with higher required dimensional accuracy and roughness,which is using centerless grinding processing. Most of the alloy bolts and screws are formed by hot heading, while a few are formed by cold heading now. UNSS66286 has high yield strength, durability and creep strength below 650°C with good working plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. For example: high-temperature load bearing parts of aero-engines operating below 650°C for a long time, such as turbine discs.
